Ground Floor: Great Hall/Sitting with multi fuel stove set in Yorkshire stone fireplace.
Five steps leading to raised area with full size pool table, jukebox, bar area with fridge and a flat screen TV. Second sitting/reading room, selection of books with open fire.
Dining Room, with large oak circular dining table. Breakfast room, with oak table, and original ornamental range. Large fully equipped Kitchen with 5 door oil fired Aga and granite work surfaces, two microwaves, one Smeg fridge/freezer, one smeg fridge, two kettles, toaster, and coffee makers.
Dishwasher, washer/dryer. Iron/ironing board. Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

First floor: Library with a selection of excellent quality hardback books 1 king size en-suite shower room with large cubicle, WC basin and heated towel rail.
1 double ensuite, shower room with large cubicle, WC basin and heated towel rail and 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom which share the house bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. All 4 bedrooms have spectacular countryside views.
